Commercial Refurbishment Projects
Natural History Museum – East Wing

Consultant: Morrish & Partners Ltd.
Location: Cromwell Road London NW7
Value:  £6 million

Project – Brief Notes
The wing was severely damaged by an incendiary bomb during the last world war, the resulting reconstruction within the original walls deviated from the original roof profiles and incorporated domed concrete in lieu of slated pitched roofs containing glazed pitched central sections. Due to continued leakage the museum instructed major reconstruction works to restore the roof to its original Waterhouse profile.
