When you are contemplating a development you may like to consider a single consultant, rather than manage a group of individuals to meet your scheme objective?
M&P have established a Project Management Section to provide Architectural, Structural/Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying and CDM Co-ordination services. This section also has the capability to undertake comprehensive building and topographical surveys and reports.
Over the years M&P’s Project Management service has developed to include the design co-ordination of mechanical and electrical activities associated with most developments.
Our service regularly includes concept design, detailed design, tender documentation, contract management and administration as well as valuations and cost control up to final account. We also provide scheme design as well as budget costing.
Our experience and reliability to succeed within the construction sector, working on everything from a small single unit to a complete building complex, including new and refurbishment, means our Clients can expect a reliable, efficient and integrated service.
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 place a number of specific duties, not only on Designers and Contractors but all Clients on construction projects , whether these jobs are Non-Notifiable or Notifiable.
The aim of these Regulations is to make Health & Safety an essential and integral part of the planning and management of projects and to make sure that everyone works together to reduce the risk to the Health & Safety of those who work on the structure, who may be affected by these works, or who will use it as a place or work once it’s completed .
M & P have a fully qualified CDM Co-ordinator (CDM C) to advise and assist in these matters.
